- No refunds. Only exchanges can be made

- The item has to be returned in its original packaging once the exchange process is initiated.
- Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Free shipping across UAE. A 5% VAT is included in the total product cost.
- Payment online will be made by credit card, debit card (visa and master card debit and credit cards in aed will be accepted for payment). we also have an option for ‘cash on delivery’. please check the available options before making a purchase.
- We will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to your registered email-ID once your order has processed or changed its status. You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging in to your Account on our Site.
- We are neither responsible for sending e-mails to the wrong e-mail address nor for sending parcels to the wrong delivery address if the form is incorrectly filled-out.

- Our jewelry is meant to last many, many years. Few tips on how to care for your jewelry so that it lasts (almost) forever!
- Keep your jewelry dry. Off water, soaps, perfumes and harsh chemicals
- Your jewelry should be the last thing to put on and the first thing to be taken off
- Store your jewelry properly
- Clean your jewelry once in a while
- If you would like us to send the jewelry directly to the recipient, all you need to do is to put down the recipient address as the shipping address (instead of your own address).
- A note from you will be gladly added. Simply leave us a message with your personal note to include on a sweet little greeting card.
- No refunds, only an echange can be made.
- You can exchange the jewelry for another piece of the same or higher value after paying the difference. No money will be refunded if a piece of lesser value is chosen in exchange.
- If a return is warranted, contact me within 24 hours of receipt of order via phone/Email for further handling.
- Receipt of payment will be confirmed and an email will be sent with details of the purchased item. In case you don’t receive a confirmation email within 2 hours of purchase, then please call us at (971-522803144)
- You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 2-3 days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. We do not guarantee same day shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
- All items are packed in an elegant box and ready to give as a gift.
Shipping
Our online store now offers free 3-5 day shipping for US domestic addresses only, regardless of what you order.
If you live in any of the 50 states and Puerto Rico, LIMNIA will deliver to you. Our pieces might take longer to get to you if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, but they will get there.
Shipping to these states will take a bit longer. Expect about 12-16 days from the time of your order.
1) Ground: (5-8 days): Always free.
2) Expedited (2-3 days and available to the 48 contiguous states): $25
3) Overnight (1-2 days and available to the 48 contiguous states): $35
As soon as we receive your order, we will process it for shipment. All orders placed after 12 pm PT are processed the following day. Our UPS or Fedex courier will then pick it up from us and be on his way to bring the pieces to you. You will receive an email with tracking number as soon as it’s on its way.
Don’t worry! Sometimes, it takes a couple of days to update your shipment status. Email us at team@limnia.com and we will let you know where your package is.
Hate when that happens. But no worries! We will correct it for you if your purchase hasn’t shipped yet. Please email us at team@bijoux.com

You are not alone! We’ve tested our jewelry for nickel and lead and while it should be totally safe for you to wear, we cannot guarantee our products will not trigger an allergic reaction.
Returns & Exchanges
Sorry it didn’t work out. You can return your unused pieces within 14 days of receiving them. Just send us an email at team@bijoux.com.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the jewelry is in its original packaging and in perfect condition, that you have the proof of purchase and that you’ve obtained the shipping label from us. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria.
We will refund you in full back to your original form of payment. However, please note that we will not refund any shipping charges you paid.

Refunds will take anywhere between 5-10 business days to appear back on your statement.

You can drop it off at any USPS collection box, USPS post office or any FedEx store.
Billing
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
Not to worry, it happens to the best of us. Check the following:
Check that your card is not expired.
Double check the accuracy of your credit card’s billing details; such as the billing address and the security code (i.e. what you’ve entered into the checkout details).
Call your credit card issuer – they might’ve have stopped this payment from going through.

At any time, you can view your order status on your My Account page. This page will be updated as soon as possible, at two different stages: first, when your credit card is charged and again when your product is shipped.
We only accept one promo code at a time. We are sure that there will be other opportunities to use your promo code in the future.
